At first, I was apprehensive as my business is quite different to my mentors businesses but the guidance provided was practical, clear, and tailored to real-world challenges, not just theory. Mentors have fantastic experience, more than that its real life experience. When I ask a question they grin a little and say oh yes I have been there or yes that's happened to me, here is what we did which may help you. To be honest I haven't done much mentoring in the past and have always been a bit sceptical about mentoring programs that cost thousands of dollars but I tell you I would happily pay thousands of dollars for the support I am getting. It's real world, there is nothing I haven’t thrown at them yet they haven’t got ideas on. They offer very different but very valuable insights. I honestly don’t know where I would be without them they have helped across all aspects of the business. I am hooked. and they are just lovely blokes that take a joke and just want to see me succeed. I can't talk highly enough of how they are helping me. There are no stupid questions, anything I ask they are happy to help with. Thanks again for calling me 18 months ago, it has been amazing.
